Review the result or report a problem. For cash jobs, pay the professional directly.
IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG
Problems should not be left unresolved.
Use the reporting flow in the app or write to us. For cash payments, OnIT can review responsibility but cannot refund money it did not receive.
