PRICING & PAYMENTS

Two payments. Two separate relationships.

The service price is between customer and professional. Platform commission is the professional's obligation to OnIT.

01 / CUSTOMER

Pays the professional.

For a cash job, the customer pays the professional directly after the service. OnIT does not collect, hold, or verify that payment. The price for the described service is shown before confirmation; parts not included are not part of that amount.

Customer → Professional
02 / PROFESSIONAL

Settles OnIT commission.

After completion, the professional has a separate obligation to the platform. Its rate and amount are shown in the app. Paying this obligation by card is not a customer card payment for the service.

Professional → OnIT
A SIMPLE EXAMPLE

What does the customer see?

The booking amount covers the described service. Unforeseen parts or materials not included in it may cost extra, but only with the customer's agreement. This is not a real offer or fiscal document.

EXAMPLE, NOT AN INVOICEALL

Sample job

Home cleaning

Service price3,000 ALL
Service total3,000 ALL
No additional parts. Fictional example, not an offer or fiscal receipt.

What if parts or materials are needed?

The app price covers the described service. A repair, for example, may need a replacement part not included in the offer. The professional may ask for an additional payment for it, but you agree on the price directly before it is bought or fitted. OnIT does not collect this payment and the app booking amount does not change.

Fiscal documents

The professional who performs the service handles the customer's fiscal document, including for parts they sell, according to their tax status. The process for OnIT's commission document is still under review with an accountant; it is not presented as automated.

What about disputes?

Report a problem in the app or contact us. For cash jobs, any private repayment between the parties is outside OnIT. The platform cannot refund money it did not receive.

Before real-world use

Legal documents and the fiscal process need professional review. See the document status.
